This online training course consists of seven modules, each equivalent to approximately six hours of training, plus readings and exercises, for a total of 45 hours.
It includes dynamic theoretical presentations with graphic support, as well as practical applications.
Neuroscience refers to the branch of biological sciences concerned with the study of the nervous system. Thanks to technological developments, this field of research has experienced extraordinary growth in recent decades. As a result, many of the discoveries of neuroscience now influence our way of seeing the world and actively contribute to transforming our lives.
Applying neuroscience training is an excellent way to familiarize yourself with these discoveries and discover how they enable us to change more optimally.
This training will provide you with basic knowledge of neuroscience methods as well as the different levels of organization and function of the central nervous system. The training will also provide you with a summary of basic knowledge about the brain mechanisms of higher mental functions (e.g., perception, attention, memory, emotions), consciousness, sleep, and hypnosis. In addition, recent knowledge related to the non-local mind and spirituality will be imparted.
Furthermore, as this training aims to impart applied knowledge, particular attention will be paid to altered states of consciousness, neuroplasticity, epigenetics, and neurofeedback.
This training is divided into seven modules combining theoretical contributions and descriptions of numerous practical applications of the most recent work in the fields of applied neuroscience (you will find the detailed course program further down this page).
Some modules are supplemented by capsules entitled “The Coach’s Perspective,” in which Nicolas Beffort (Master’s in Communication, Professional Coach, Certified Coaching and NLP Instructor, Applied Neuroscience Practitioner) connects Mario Beauregard’s teachings with the fields of coaching and change management.
